The VarioFlow S chain conveyor system from Rexroth is quickly assembled, easy to clean and nearly maintenance-free. Products are reliably transported on the almost closed chain surface of a flat, static friction, cleated or clamping chain while open profiles ensure easy cleaning. Extended section layouts with a limited number of drives and the innovative, patented curve technology contribute to the cost-effectiveness of the system.
The chain conveyor system masters even difficult applications, such as a driven roller bridge for linear transitions. This enables secure transport of small parts in the transition area between the drive and the return unit, as well as empty system trips.
