About the Robotic CIM Cell
The AMC 101-6 is an Industry-grade production and control CIM Cell designed to demonstrate the operation, control and integration of work cell modules. The trainer is supplied with a set of standard routines and configurations which can be further modified and customized to meet the specific needs of the training requirements.

Best in Class Robotics
All components are of industrial grade including the DENSO® Robot which is used in many industrial environments such as automotive manufacturing, medical, pharmaceutical and general industry. This unit is a six axis robot with a standard cycle time less than 1.0 second. Position repeatability is ±0.02mm. The maximum payload is 2kg. The main body is only 12kg making relocation and installation a snap. Footprint is only 160×160mm which contributes to easy integration. All motors are 80W or less, absolute AC encoded. Total capacity of the motors is 300W or less, to save energy. The size of the new controller is the smallest in its class.
WINCAPS Offline Programming
DENSO’s Wincaps III offline programming software enables users to conveniently program and run 3D simulations of the training robot from a remote PC.
Ideal for laying out automation workcells in a virtual environment and learning the essential programming skills required in today’s modern robotic cells.

Curriculum & Programming
Curriculum courseware includes hands-on applications that walk the user through the setup and programming of the CIM Cell using a computer or supplied teach pendant. The software included with the Robot allows for off-line simulation of the routine and presents the user with a visual simulation of the Robot and environment. Modification to the routine and program can also be done in real-time operation mode.
Portable & Safe
The training system is constructed of an aluminum extruded frame and mounted on lockable casters for ease of mobility and safety. The system is integrated with emergency deadman switches on the main controller and each of the handheld teach pendants and the frame is housed in Plexiglas with doors that prevent operation unless the safety interlocks are engaged with the doors closed.
