Payment:
Cheque, Cash, Visa, Mastercard or if your organization currently has credit terms with Advanced Motion & Controls Ltd. a Purchase Order may be issued. Payment or Purchase Order must be received before a student will be confirmed for a course. Course fees do not include applicable taxes. GST will be added to all training invoices.
Course transfers:
There is no charge for transferring your booking to the same course on an alternative date provided you notify Advanced Motion & Controls in writing up to 14 working days before the start of the course and that there is availability. However, a transfer fee of 20% of the course fee (plus applicable taxes) will be payable if notice is received within 14 workings days of the start date of the original course. No refund will be made in the event of a transfer. No more than one transfer will be allowed.
Cancelling your place:
If you notify Advanced Motion & Controls in writing or via email up to 14 working days before the start date of the course, you will receive a full refund less an administration fee of 20% (plus applicable taxes). Please ensure that Advanced Motion & Controls Ltd. has acknowledged your cancelation prior to the 14 day cut off. If you withdraw for whatever reason within the 14 day period, the full fee will remain payable if you are unable to nominate a substitute attendee.
Non-attendance:
If you fail to attend the course on which you are booked and have not given prior notice to Advanced Motion & Controls then the course fee will remain payable in full.
Course Cancellation by Advanced Motion & Controls:
Where circumstances dictate, Advanced Motion & Controls reserves the right to alter published programs, trainers, fees or venues without prior notice. In the event of a course being cancelled, a refund of the course fee will be made but no compensation will be paid for any additional costs incurred.
Hotel Reservations:
Courses held in the GTA and SWO regions will take place at Hotel Conference Centers. Details will be provided on a per course basis. For all other training sessions occurring at our Barrie training lab we recommend the following accommodations if overnight stay is required.
